The Bible declares that the promises of God are yea and Amen. 2 Corinthians 1:20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. This is a true statement, God's word does not lie, and if He has spoken some things in your life then believe it for it will come to pass.
Delayed does not mean denied.
If God said it shall He not make it good? Many times in life we are faced with so many challenges from this life we have been given. Sometimes negative things come to try and steal our Joy, Peace, Love, and our caring for one another. We must remember not to believe the negative things that come our way. Truth is what God is, Love is what God is, Joy is what God is and Peace is what God is.
That is why His promises should be so real to us. We sometimes have questions of God, Lord why so many challenges in this life. Trials come to make us strong, just because we find ourselves experiences many things we don't understand, still we have to know that trials do work for our good. Romans 8:28 says And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
If God said it shall He not make it good?
Now my question to you becomes are you going to believe the promises of God? Stand on His promises know for sure they will become a reality in your life. Hold fast and never give up or give in after all delay does not mean denied. God promised us Jesus in the Old Testament that God would send us a Savior to come and save His people.
Isaiah 6:9 says: For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Yes some might say that was a long time, but when you think about it, the time was just right for God.
Are you going to believe the promises of God?
Since we have Jesus now in our lives we can touch and agree with one another and see the promises of God come to pass just by using the name Jesus. So for all those who would read this blog don't begin to worry about the promises of God, they will happen in your life. Hold on and be strong and when your mind tells you different, dare to believe anyway.
